Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Parties and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Seven Roses LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the websites located at Natarowei.com, Natopiastudios.com, and welcometonatopia.com (collectively, the "Site"), and you, the User. By using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all incorporated policies, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Site’s services. By using the services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

Our Site is built on WordPress and powered by WooCommerce (Automattic, Inc.). All product fulfillment, printing, and shipping services are provided by Printful, Inc. By placing an order, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

Printful, Inc.: Product fulfillment, printing, and shipping governed by the Printful Terms of Service.
Automattic, Inc. (WooCommerce): E-commerce platform and checkout processing governed by the WooCommerce Privacy Policy.
Payment Processors: Secure payment processing governed by the respective processor's terms (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider.

4. Products and Orders

4.1 Print-on-Demand Nature. All products are created on a print-on-demand basis; each item is individually produced by Printful after an order is placed.
4.2 Product Accuracy. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Slight variations in color or appearance do not constitute a product defect or a condition requiring a refund.
4.3 Order Acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. An order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation email to a valid email address.
4.4 Pricing and Taxes. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax and VAT, which we will collect where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership. The Site and all original content (text, graphics, artwork, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Seven Roses LLC and/or our affiliates and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 License to Use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell the Site’s contents or use product listings for the benefit of another merchant.
5.3 User Content. You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. By submitting User Content, you grant the Company and our service providers (including Printful) a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and reproduce it to provide the Services.

6. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate regulations, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, or to submit false information or malicious code.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Seven Roses LLC disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent of the law. In no event shall Seven Roses LLC or its providers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Seven Roses LLC and its service providers from any claims, damages, or fees (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action relating to the Site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Harris County, Texas, United States.
