Return & Refund Policy

Please Read Before Purchasing: Because all of our products are custom-made on a print-on-demand basis, our return and refund policy differs from that of a traditional retail store. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Print-on-Demand: Why Our Policy Is Different

All products sold through our Natarowei website are created on a print-on-demand basis by our fulfillment partner, Printful, Inc. This means each item is individually manufactured after you place your order — it is made specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or a change of mind. We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions and consult the size charts available on each product page before completing a purchase.

2. Eligibility for a Replacement or Refund

We will issue a replacement or, at our discretion, a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • 2.1 Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items. If you receive an item that is misprinted, physically damaged, or defective due to an error in the manufacturing or fulfillment process, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To be eligible, you must submit a claim to us within thirty (30) days of the date the product was received.
  • 2.2 Wrong Item Received. If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong product, color, or size due to fulfillment error), you are entitled to a replacement or refund within the same thirty (30) day window.
  • 2.3 Package Lost in Transit. If your package is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Claims must be submitted no later than thirty (30) days after the estimated delivery date.

3. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim, please contact us at support@natarowei.com within the required timeframe and include the following:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A clear photograph or video showing the defect, damage, or mismatch.
  • A brief written description of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Non-Eligible Returns and Refunds

The following situations are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund:

  • Buyer's remorse: Changing your mind after placing the order.
  • Incorrect size selection: Ordering the wrong size.
  • Color variation: Minor differences due to monitor displays or the printing process.
  • Sealed goods: Items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
  • Late claims: Claims submitted more than 30 days after receipt or the estimated delivery date.

5. Address Errors and Undeliverable Shipments

  • 5.1 Incorrect Address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
  • 5.2 Unclaimed Shipments. If a shipment is returned because it was not claimed, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Unclaimed returns not reshipped within 30 days may be donated to charity.

6. Order Cancellations

Because products are sent to production almost immediately, we are generally unable to cancel orders once submitted. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible, though we cannot guarantee it will be possible.
