Please Note: All products are custom-made on a print-on-demand basis. Your total delivery time consists of two components: (1) fulfillment time and (2) shipping time. Please account for both when estimating your delivery date.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party partner, Printful, Inc., which operates centers across the United States, Europe, and other regions. Your order will be fulfilled from the facility best suited to your destination.

These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fulfillment may be longer during peak periods or due to factors outside our control. Fulfillment time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and are displayed at checkout. Estimated transit times after fulfillment include:
Transit times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active. You can monitor your delivery on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Carriers
Our partner selects the most appropriate carrier (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) based on your location and items. We do not guarantee the use of any specific carrier.

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If returned, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
8. Undeliverable and Returned Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you for reshipment at your expense. Packages not claimed or reshipped within thirty (30) days may be donated to charity with no refund issued.
9. Limitations of Liability
Liability for delays or damaged packages is limited to remedies in our Return & Refund Policy. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages arising from shipping failures.
